We are a small family run business offering boutique serviced accommodation and holiday lets on the stunning East Kent Coast. We are passionate about design and pride ourselves on delivering a home from home experience. All our properties are self catering and include fully equipped kitchens so you can cook up a storm. We supply luxurious bedding, fluffy towels & complimentary eco friendly toiletries. At Harmony Hills we pride ourselves on our super speedy and efficient communication and all our guests receive access to our exclusive digital guest guide, which includes recommendations for local restaurants & activities; giving our visitors local knowledge in the palm of their hand.

Harmony Hills is headed up by Karim Mezeli, a Hospitality Interior Designer with 20+ years in the business. We don't do 'cookie cutter' properties, each of our homes is individually designed and bursting with personality.
Our Carbon Footprint
We aren't perfect, but we do what we can to help reduce the impact our business has on your planet. We love to re-purpose and reuse, many of our furniture pieces are reclaimed, helping to create the unique character of our properties. We use refillable toiletries, none toxic cleaning products and sustainable toilet paper. We continue to scrutinise our supply chain and look at ways we can run our business better, we truly believe every small business can make a big difference.

All our guests receive access to our exclusive digital guest guide, which includes all the information about the property you could need to ensure a stress-free stay. The guest guide also features a local area map with personal recommendations for restaurants, cafes, bars, pubs & activities. Best of all, once downloaded, the guide will work on your phone without wifi or network coverage, perfect if you're relaxing on the beach.

We love animals but we chose to make our homes pet-free due to many people being allergic. However, we do occasionally make exceptions depending on the property and time of year.
Check-in time is from 3pm. Checkout is by 11am. We can occasionally accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Contact us and we will do our best to help.
